Our Hiring Process

Application: To apply for a position at Silver Lion Farms, please click on the link above to find a list of our current open positions and submit your application. Be sure to include your resume with highlights of any relevant work experience and information that demonstrates your alignment with our mission and values.

Screening: Our team will review your application, resume and qualifications based on the position you are interested in. If selected, you will be contacted to schedule an initial phone interview.

Interviews: For onsite positions, you may be invited onsite for an interview and tour of our facility with the hiring manager. The interview process will assess your skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth within our organization. For remote positions, all interviews will be conducted via video calls.

Written Assessments: In some cases, based on the position, we may ask candidates to complete job-related assessments or exercises to evaluate their abilities and problem-solving skills.

Offer: A job offer will be extended if you are selected for a position. All job offers are contingent upon passing our reference and background checks.

Onboarding: After accepting an offer, we will guide you through our comprehensive onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
