Our Hiring Process
Application: To apply for a position at Silver Lion Farms, please use the link for “Open Positions” and submit your resume to an open position. Ensure that your application highlights your relevant experience and demonstrates your alignment with our mission and values.
Screening: Our team will review your application, resume and qualifications. If selected, you will be contacted to schedule an initial phone interview.
Interviews: For onsite positions, you may be invited onsite for an interview and farm tour with the hiring manager. These interviews will assess your skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth within our organization. For remote positions, all interviews will be conducted via video.
Written Assessments: In some cases, we may ask candidates to complete job-related assessments or exercises to evaluate their abilities and problem-solving skills.
Offer: We will extend a job offer if you are selected for a position. Contingent on passing our reference and background check.
Onboarding: Once you accept the offer, we will guide you through our comprehensive onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
